RC 4060 Submersible Sludge Pump

Specific WEDA RC4060

The RC4060 submersible sludge pump has been designed to work continiously on all types of construction jobsites. It is used for:

• Pumping of sludge and mud

• Sewage treatment plants for emptying and cleaning digestion tanks and sedimentation tanks

• Pumping highly contaminated and viscous liquids in many industries.

The WEDA PUMP RC4060 can pump particles with a size up to 50 mm!!!

Direct On-line start: The power cable is connected to a terminal board beneath the pumpcover. A separate starter is used for electrical connection of the motor.

• The mechanical seals are oil lubricated.
• The impeller consist of a freeFlow (vortex) Impeller.
• The pump includes a built-on motor-protection if connected to the separate starter.
• The pumpcasing and impeller are designed for trouble-free operation when pumping solid particles
• The sealunit with mechanical seals of silicon carbide is easy replacable.
• The oil consumption is reduced to minimize inspection between service intervals.
